Recycle - Reimagine - Rebuild
Recycle
The first phase is to RECYCLE, with the first element to this phase will be the strip down. This will be a complete strip of the donor car to its chassis and individual components and ancillaries and this will be carried out by our parters ASM Auto Recycling. All the removed parts and components will be inspected and evaluated for recycling, reused or replacing and fully inventorised.
Parts will be reverse engineered to save weight will be 3D printed Additively Manufactured.
The car and all components will be digitally scanned so that we create the digital twin from which we can start the process in CAD to interpret the final design and allow the engineering process to begin and this will be carried out by our partners T3DMC
Reimagination
Studio Design will be carried out by Yasid to include interior & exterior details.
Rebuild
The chassis will have a detailed structural inspection and repairs carried out then powder coated to be as good, if not better than new.
Unique Tooling will be created.
This will be then sent to our build partners Digital Manufacturing Centre based in Silverstone for the Dry Build.
The new carbon body panels will be fabricated and hung on the chassis and frame and assembled to meet the standards of the project.
Interior and exterior engineering will be carried out at DMC and will include suspension build, engine installation, 1st fire up and shakedown.
The engine will be stripped and reconditioned with the assistance of Cosworth engineering.
