Vision148 attended Autosport International at the NEC this month as guests of our scanning partners T3DMC. Whilst we were there only for the two trade days it was an opportunity to speak to not only fans of motorsport but also possible partners for the RS500 build.
As part of the stand we had the #148 front spoiler which was used to demonstrate the live scanning over wifi kit from T3DMC. This system was used to generate scans of our RS500 including the interior, exterior and even underneath. This data will be essential for us to generate the digital twin of the car which will help reverse engineering and allow us to catalogue the parts in a way that will allow us to determine what we will remake digitally with additive manufacturing.
